    Rules and Guidelines

    1. Not valid with any other offers.
    2. Membership fees may not be paid with gift cards.
    3. Permission must be granted in writing for any transfer of membership treatment.
    4. Your membership status must be active in order to redeem any membership services.
    5. All membership cancellations require 30 days written notice and are effective 30 days after the date received. Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled.
    6. Facial credits may be applied to other services.
    7. A fee up to your option price will be charged for any membership that is canceled in the first three months.
